Product Overview


The H3C WA6520-LI is a Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) AP independently developed by H3C Technologies Co., Ltd. Powered by the new-generation H3C Comware OS, it enables cloud-network-edge collaboration and adopts innovative 4i technologies for intelligent RF management, terminal management, service assurance and automatic network healing. It delivers excellent wireless experience for users and hassle-free maintenance for administrators, and is widely deployed in enterprises, schools, medical institutions and other indoor scenarios.

It features a dual-band 4-stream design with a maximum aggregate rate of 2.975 Gbps. The 5 GHz radio provides 2 spatial streams at up to 2.4 Gbps, while the 2.4 GHz radio offers 2 spatial streams with a maximum rate of 0.575 Gbps.This AP supports flexible installation options, including wall plate, wall-mount and ceiling-mount.

This multi-functional AP supports flexible mode switching for cost-effective plug-and-play deployment.
  • Fit AP: Managed by Comware-based wireless controllers to enable centralized batch management.
  • Cloud AP: Works without hardware AC or authentication servers, supporting PPSK, PSK, Portal, SMS and WeChat authentication. Tailored for hotel and retail chains, it simplifies branch deployment, hierarchical management and template customization. Cloud intelligent O&M monitors devices, networks and terminals to cut costs and manpower.


Intelligent O&M

Powered by telemetry, it visualizes full operation data including roaming, authentication, signal strength, packet loss and radio status, covering over 150 failure causes. It evaluates terminal, device and network health, and automatically detects, analyzes and resolves issues to maintain optimal network performance.

Wired & Wireless Security

It supports 802.1X, PSK, MAC, PPPoE, Portal, WeChat and SMS authentication. Integrated WIPS delivers rogue device detection, intrusion prevention, blacklist and whitelist functions. Wired port 802.1X authentication, CAPWAP and DTLS encryption ensure access security. It also achieves security linkage to block risky terminals in real time.

Air Interface & Terminal Control

RROP optimizes air interface resources by reducing overhead from management and broadcast packets. 
SACP guides terminal access and traffic scheduling via signal control, spectrum navigation and load balancing. 
RRM dynamically adjusts radio parameters for stable operation and auto network recovery.

Application & Roaming Optimization

Equipped with Wi-Fi 6 eXtreme Plus, it identifies and accelerates key applications. Compliant with 802.11r/k/v, it realizes fast seamless roaming. The Only 11ax mode limits access to Wi-Fi 6 clients for guaranteed performance.

Probe & Diagnostics

It acts as a dedicated sensor to capture Wi-Fi packets for troubleshooting. Doctor AP mode simulates terminals to locate faults, and works with Cloudnet APP for comprehensive cloud analysis.

Wi-Fi 6 Core Technologies

OFDMA reduces multi-user latency. SR and BSS Coloring improve spectrum utilization in high-density scenarios. TWT schedules terminal sleep-wake cycles to save power.

Flexible Forwarding

Local forwarding saves WAN bandwidth, while policy-based forwarding relieves egress link pressure.

IPv4/IPv6 & Additional Features

Native dual stack enables automatic registration in IPv4 or IPv6 networks. EAD enforces terminal security policies to isolate risky devices. It supports Chinese SSID (up to 16 characters) and mixed Chinese-English SSID.
