Product Overview

Developed by H3C, the WX2510X-LI is an integrated gateway and wireless controller tailored for branch offices and small campuses. It unifies refined user control, radio management, 7×24 wireless security, Layer 2/3 fast roaming, flexible QoS and IPv4/IPv6 dual stack.

Working with H3C Fit APs, it supports WIPS and firewall functions. Some models provide PoE ports. This all-in-one design cuts hardware investment, and suits WLAN access and hotspot coverage for small enterprises.

It manages legacy 802.11a/b/g/n/ac and new 802.11ax APs, boosting spectrum efficiency, user capacity and experience in high-density scenarios.


Flexible Forwarding

It supports centralized, distributed and policy-based forwarding. Central authentication plus local forwarding optimizes traffic transmission over WAN links between HQ and branches.


Integrated Gateway

Equipped with dual WAN ports for link backup, it runs PPPoE, NAT and static/dynamic IP. Bonjour Gateway enables convenient use of Apple devices.


Comprehensive User Management

User Profile applies customized CAR and QoS policies upon user authentication. It also supports MAC authentication, MAC-based VLAN and AP location access control for refined permission management.


Intelligent Radio Management

Smart channel switching avoids interference from radars and microwaves. Intelligent load balancing distributes clients by session count and traffic to prevent congestion.


WIDS/WIPS Security

It provides blacklist/whitelist, rogue AP defense, malformed packet detection and anti-DoS/Flood attacks. Combined with firewalls and IPS, it delivers full-layer end-to-end security.


RealTime Spectrum Guard (RTSG)

Working with Sensor APs and H3C iMC, RTSG delivers 7×24 RF monitoring, interference detection, graphical spectrum analysis and historical data recording in local or monitor mode.


RF Optimizing Engine (ROE)

Built-in ROE improves performance for dense access and media streaming via scheduling, interference filtering, power control and bandwidth optimization.


Multiple Authentication

It supports 802.1x (local authentication included), MAC and built-in Portal authentication. Dynamic VLAN and ACL assignment simplify policy deployment for various terminals and visitor networks.


IPv4/IPv6 Dual Stack

It processes IPv4 and IPv6 packets smoothly during network migration. IPv6 SAVI prevents fake address attacks to secure network access.


End-to-End QoS

Fully compliant with Diff-Serv, it guarantees quality for data, voice and video services.


Fast L2/L3 Roaming

Cross-subnet roaming is supported. Key caching reduces roaming latency to under 50ms within a single controller, fully meeting requirements of voice services.
