“Enterprise agentic AI success relies on a modern networking stack built for autonomous workflows, where network performance, reliability and intelligence define overall AI architecture efficiency,” said Rami Rahim, HPE EVP and President & General Manager of Networking. “HPE delivers this foundational layer, enabling enterprises to deploy agentic AI with enhanced control, security and operational simplicity.”

AI-Optimized Networking Platforms for AI Infrastructure

HPE has expanded its AI Data Center Solution by integrating HPE Juniper Networking QFX switches, managed via HPE Networking Data Center Director. This enriches HPE’s full-stack AI infrastructure portfolio spanning compute, storage, networking, software and services, while delivering a validated architecture to accelerate AI data center deployment. The enhanced design boosts interoperability and creates a scalable foundation for AI training and inference workloads, including next-gen rack-scale platforms such as AMD Helios.

HPE launched two new switching platforms for AI scenarios. The HPE Juniper Networking QFX5140 switch targets AI inference clusters and edge AI deployments, meeting rising demand for distributed inference infrastructure and extending AI Factory architectures beyond centralized data centers. The HPE Juniper Networking QFX5252 switch tray, built exclusively for AMD Helios, serves as a scalable networking module for rack-scale AI systems. It delivers low-latency, high-bandwidth connectivity to maximize GPU utilization and eliminate network bottlenecks in large-scale AI environments.

These new switches improve infrastructure efficiency by cutting idle GPU time caused by network constraints, helping enterprises move AI projects from proof-of-concept to production.

Expanded AIOps Across Aruba and Juniper Ecosystems

HPE continues unifying operational capabilities across Aruba and Juniper portfolios to advance end-to-end networking integration.A key update brings HPE Networking CX wired access switch support to the HPE Mist AIOps platform. CX users now access Mist’s full AI-driven operational toolset, including intelligent visibility, zero-touch provisioning, wired network assurance, dynamic packet capture, SLA insights and Marvis-powered automation.Additionally, Marvis AI self-driving networking functions are now available in HPE Aruba Central, with new automated remediation for wired-port troubleshooting and fault correction, further reducing manual O&M workloads.

New Agentic AI Capabilities for Data Center Operations

HPE Mist platform adds upgraded AI operational features optimized for data center scenarios.A new predictive analytics feature identifies potential hardware and optical faults in advance of service disruptions. Combining AI/ML with multidimensional visualization, it improves infrastructure resilience and reduces unplanned outages. An advanced reasoning agent is also introduced to automate root cause analysis and remediation workflows. It continuously analyzes operational telemetry, historical support data and contextual data from Networking Data Center Director to pinpoint faults and recommend fixes. These capabilities speed up troubleshooting and lower operational complexity for large-scale, distributed AI infrastructure.

Unified Networking, Compute and Hybrid Cloud Integration

Following the integration of HPE OpsRamp and Morpheus Software, HPE has expanded cross-domain integrations for its infrastructure management stack.HPE Mist Networking Data Center Assurance now integrates with HPE Compute Ops Management, delivering unified visibility across networking and compute layers, eliminating redundant management tools and enabling more efficient infrastructure scaling. The same networking assurance capabilities are now embedded in the HPE GreenLake platform, unifying management experiences across hybrid cloud and data center environments. These integrations support HPE’s long-term goal of building a self-driving data center via coordinated automation across networking, compute and cloud domains.

Unified AI-Native SASE Platform

HPE debuted a new unified SASE platform built on HPE Networking EdgeConnect technology. It consolidates SD-WAN and Security Service Edge (SSE) functions under a single AI-native management console, enabling unified networking and security policy orchestration.Key features include a built-in SSE connector that accelerates zero-trust deployment without standalone ZTNA infrastructure, plus a dedicated Secure Web Gateway tunnel to extend web protection to IoT and diverse terminal devices. The platform supports sovereign SASE architectures by keeping all traffic within enterprise-controlled boundaries, avoiding external third-party cloud security hops. It also features SASE Copilot with AI analytics and natural-language interaction, helping admins quickly identify security risks and resolve faults.

Financing Program for AI Network Modernization

To facilitate infrastructure upgrades, HPE Financial Services launched a new Network Migration Program for building AI-ready networking environments. The program includes preferential hardware financing, 0% interest software financing and a new IT asset recycling program, leveraging existing device value to fund new networking deployments. It effectively reduces financial and operational barriers for enterprises upgrading networks to support AI workloads and autonomous operations.
